Theresa A. Victory, Marketing Diva (MD), has both the experience and education to lead our team of associates to Victory. Theresa has a degree an International Business and a minor in Spanish from Kutztown University. She also studied at La Universidad de las Americas (Puebla, Mexico) the University of Madrid (Spain) and NYU (New York City) where she studied Integrated Marketing.

Theresa acquired more than10 years of account management and business development experience while working for various advertising agencies in NYC including: FOVA (the Hispanic division of Grey Advertising), McCann Erickson, Wunderman Cato Johnson and Plant Leap (an integrated multicultural ad agency). Theresa planned and launched numerous national and international marketing campaigns for clients such as IBM, LL Bean, Calvin Klein, NationsBank, State Street, MetLife and Lockheed Martin.

Upon relocating to Florida in 2001, Theresa worked as the Director of Marketing & Sales for the Upper Tampa Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce for three years; she has since worked with two additional chambers within Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. This experience of helping businesses promote their products and services within the local community was the catalyst to launching Victory & Associates.

In Sept of 2006, the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Suncoast requested she chair the 2007 3rd Annual Sheriff Jim Coats Clearwater Open. The agency led the planning and implementation of the USTA Pro-Circuit event, developed marketing materials, sold sponsorship, served as the press liaison and helped with onsite event logistics. Theresa utilized her diverse experience to take the tournament to a new level and exceeded the organization's financial goal by 300 percent! She continues to work with the Boys & Girls Clubs and participate in many community events.
